Complaints

Last updated 6 September 2026.

Tell us

If something we have made has let you down, write to complaints@lightmorphic.com. Please tell us what happened, what you expected instead, and how you would like it put right.

You can also write to us at Lightmorphic Ltd, 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE.

What happens next

  • We aim to acknowledge a complaint within five working days.
  • We aim to give a full answer within twenty working days. If it is going to take longer than that, we will tell you why and give you a date.
  • If we got something wrong, we will say so plainly and tell you what we have changed.

If you are still not satisfied

Say so, and ask for the complaint to be looked at again. Lightmorphic is a small company, so this means it will be reconsidered directly rather than passed through a department.

If your complaint concerns personal data and you are not satisfied with our answer, you may take it to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Bugs are not complaints

If the software is simply not working properly, the fastest route is not this page but the issue tracker, where it can be reproduced, tracked and fixed in the open.
